Tyga humble-bragged he was responsible for Kylie Jenner’s success but that he did not need credit for it on Nicki Minaj’s Queen Radio show on August 31. As he put it:
You’ve got to look at the before and after [with Kylie]. She always had a platform, and she was always destined to be what she was going to be regardless, but, when I stepped in, there was a lot of codes being taught. It was like, you could do this, you should start this, you should start doing your hair like this…you should add that because you need black people to f*ck with you ‘cause you need culture. If you ain’t got black people behind you, you ain’t got nothing. Ain’t nobody going to listen. You can’t influence nobody. So I had a lot to do with all that, you know what I’m saying? Which I don’t need credit for. I don’t need to go online and tell people I did this and I’m the one who helped her coming up with these colors and names on her…lip line [Jenner’s best-selling lip kits that started her Kylie Cosmetics line]. It was a lot of stuff, but it’s like I’m not that bitter type of person because God is going to pay me back. The universe is going to pay me back.

Kardashian liked an Instagram of an old video of herself saying, “Get the fuck over here, Tyga, get the—T, listen to me when I’m talking to you! Get the fuck over here,” with the caption “all of us to tyga when he said he was a reason for kylie’s success.” So there’s all the proof you need that Kardashian isn’t having any of Tyga’s BS, no words needed.
